What to expect in your consultations

The initial comprehensive consultation is 1.5 hours long, while follow-up consultations are an hour long. During the consultation, George our naturopathic practitioner, will develop a comprehensive case report by thorough questioning, assessing pathology, reviewing medical reports, undergoing physical examinations, and completing a comprehensive medical history. This comprehensive process will help to identify any problem areas and underlying issues driving your condition.
After gathering all the information, the practitioner may require more testing or come to a conclusion. This information is then discussed with the client to better educate them about their condition. This empowerment helps you to take responsibly of your health long-term.
Our primary focus is to identify the cause of your condition while aiming to treat you as a whole person, rather than the symptomatic relief of the disease.

Individualised treatment plans

Next the idea is to create an individualised treatment plan, using holistic methods, aimed at promoting optimal health and longevity. We achieve this by supporting emotional, physical, mental and spiritual elements. At NHS, we recognise that every individual is unique and requires a tailored treatment plan to suit their condition and lifestyle. We help you achieve the goals you desire!
The tailored treatment plan combines a gentle, effective and evidenced-based approach, using nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, homoeopathy, flower essence, tissue salts and appropriate lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise and relaxation methods.

Ready to began phase one

At the end of your consultation, you will be given all the tools you require to start phase one of your treatment plan. This is generally followed up with scheduled appointments every three weeks to monitor your health progress and make adjustments to your plan if needed. This is continued until we reach the desired outcome. Your naturopath will be your health coach during the treatment, so regular communication with your practitioner is essential in overseeing the treatment progress.
